Governance Arrangements and draft 2022/23 Statement of Accounts

1. Purpose of the Report

1.1 To present the suite of the North Yorkshire Pension Fund’s governance documents.

1.2       To present the draft 2022/23 Statement of Accounts of the Fund.

2. Pension Fund Committee paper

2.1       Attached at Appendix 1 is the Governance Arrangements paper presented to thePension Fund Committee (PFC) at their meeting on 30 June 2023.  Appended to that paper is the suite of governance documents of the Fund and the draft 2022/23 Statement of Accounts.

2.2       The papers for this meeting were published before the PFC meeting so there will be a verbal update covering matters raised.

3. Recommendation

3.1. Pension Board members to comment on the governance documents of the Fund.

3.2. Pension Board members to comment on the draft 2022/23 Statement of Accounts.
